Product Description
The AKCP Smoke Detector allows you to monitor all smoke detectors in your network from a single user interface. With mapping features of the AKCess Pro Server, you can quickly see which alarm is triggered for immediate action.
The IP Smoke Detector Sensor can be integrated with any sensorProbe or securityProbe controller making it an important addition to security and safety. They should always be mounted on the ceiling for maximum smoke detection and are easily installed and configured.
The sensor can be placed up to 300 feet from the SensorProbe using standard CAT5 cables (5 ft cable included).

- Low profile design for ceiling mounting for maximum smoke detection
- LED indicates the status of Smoke Detector
- Up to 2 Smoke Detector Sensors per sensorProbe2, and 8 per sensorProbe8/securityProbe
- The smoke detector can also be attached to dry contacts of a X20 or X60 unit
- Includes disconnect alarm that checks that the sensor is securely plugged into the sensor/securityProbe
- On/Off alarm signal of Smoke Detected
- Sensor type – open/closed contact switch
- With 9V battery as backup the sensor/securityProbe will still work as a smoke detector on its own
