We strive to make your shipping experience seamless and efficient. Below are the details regarding our shipping policies:

General Shipping Information

Carrier Options: Our default shipping carrier is UPS. Alternatively, you can request shipping via your UPS or FedEx account number (see Shipping Account Holders section below).

Free Shipping Offer: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. 

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed and approved before 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) are typically processed the same day. Orders received after this time are processed the next business day.

Alternative Shipping: If you prefer to use a different carrier, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are based on dimensional weight and the number of units being shipped.


Important Notes

  • UPS and FedEx pick up and deliver packages Monday through Friday.
  • Orders shipped via Next Day Air on Friday will arrive on Monday.
  • Saturday delivery is available upon request; please contact us before placing your order to make arrangements.

Limitations

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Accidents
  • Postal service errors, including:
    • Damages
    • Scratches
    • Undeliverable addresses
    • Stolen or lost packages

Shipping Account Holders

  • Using Your Account Number: Enter your UPS or FedEx account number in the designated field on the Cart page during checkout.
  • Account Validation: If the provided account number is invalid, we will charge you for shipping and any associated fees.
  • Choosing Your Shipping Method: When using a valid account number, shipping charges will display as $0.00 and available shipping methods will display.

Inventory

  • Stock Availability: Unless otherwise noted, most of our products are in stock.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you. You will be given the option to wait for a restock, modify your order, or cancel it.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship internationally via FedEx or UPS.
  • Charges: Shipping fees cover only the carrier charges and do not include tariffs, duties, customs fees, taxes, or other regulations applicable in your destination country.
  • Payment Methods:
    • International credit cards or PayPal are accepted.
    • For wire transfers, please contact us at sales@gridconnect.com before placing your order with the required information listed below to receive a Proforma Invoice.

  1. Name
  2. Email address
  3. Billing address
  4. Shipping addresses
  5. Part numbers and quantities for each item you wish to purchase
  6. Preferred shipping method
