- We price match authorized distributors only.
- Our price match covers new items only (excludes used, refurbished and open-box items).
- One price match at the time of purchase, per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.
- Items that have been price-matched are not eligible for additional discounts.
- Price matching is only available on new orders and cannot be applied after purchase.
- Price matching includes the price of the item(s) plus any applicable shipping and tariff costs. In order to be eligible for price matching, the item(s) must be available to ship to the customer's location from the competitor.
- Price matching is only available for pricing in USD.
- We reserve the right to deny price matches and limit quantities.
Our Price Match guarantee does not cover:
- Third party distributors when not acting as the original distributor.
- Pricing from bid and auction websites.
- Special orders, custom parts, bid pricing, sales tax, rebate and free offers, clearance pricing, discontinued items, and typographical errors.
- Pricing only available to select groups of customers, including membership programs, loyalty offers, and prices that only display on a website after login.
