RUT955 North American version is a highly reliable industrial LTE Cat 4 router that delivers high performance and GNSS location capabilities. Supports Universal IoT SIM cards and IoT SIM cards from AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Deutsche Telekom for North, Central, and South America

Modbus enables communication among many devices connected to the same network. For example, a system that measures temperature and humidity  can communicate the results to a computer. This device is often used to connect a supervisory computer with a remote terminal unit (RTU) in supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
