The Automation Tools add-on license for TalkMaster FOCUS provides the ability to automate and customize a wide range of actions. By creating scripts, even complex actions can be automated.

Includes comprehensive Alert Management module and Event module.

Automation Examples

  • Automate operator actions for playing tones and announcements. Can be used in schools for denoting change of classes or end of school day.

  • Use the comprehensive Alert Management module to monitor Emergency Weather or Notification system feeds (RSS and CAP/Atom feeds), and convert the text in those feeds to announcements that are played over IP speakers or other endpoints.

  • Use the comprehensive Event module to trigger events such as playing a message to a person opening or closing a door automatically or to create a script for panic button presses.
