  • 1. Web page configuration settings do not take effect.

    This is a common caching problem where the browser is displaying old data instead of pulling new data from the Xport. Whenever using web configuration, we suggest using an external browser rather than Device Installer’s built in browser. You can click on the “Use an external browser” button under the web configuration tab to launch the web configuration session in your normal browser. If the problem still persists, close the browser tab and open a new tab to start a new web configuration session.
