We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards as well as PayPal for all purchases. We also accept approved company purchase orders.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 30 day return policy if you are not satisfied with a product. We can arrange for refund or exchange for you according to your convenience. We will refund the full product purchase price if you return the product within 30 days. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.) The item must be unused and undamaged. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund. Please email us at or call for a return authorization. Restrictions apply as stated in our Warranty Statement.

Restocking Fees

Grid Connect Inc. reserves the right to charge an industry standard 15% or more restocking fee to authorize either a request for purchase order cancellation or a request to return shipped product. A restocking fee is not subject to product returns that fall under Grid Connect's 30-Day return policy. Returned product will not be accepted without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) as outlined in the Grid Connect warranty return policy.

Product Warranty

We guarantee our hardware products to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. For software products, we provide a sixty (60) day warranty from the date of shipment of the product by Grid Connect, that the media on which the software is furnished will be free of detects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Shipping Information

We normally ship by UPS Ground Blue (two day), or Red (next day), or FEDEX overnight. Orders are usually processed on the same day, if received before 3 p.m. Central Standard Time, or on the next business day. If you wish for other shipping options, please call us directly; we can also use your UPS or FEDEX account for your shipment. In general, shipping charges are based on weight and number of units being shipped. Same-day shipping applies to orders received that are complete and credit is approved by 3pm. For international shipping, we are not responsible for any tariffs, duties, custom fees, taxes or other regulations that apply to countries outside the United States. We are not responsible for the delay of shipping due to weather, accidents, or mistakes made by any postal service (including damages, scratches, and undeliverable address, stolen, or lost packages.)


Most of our products are always in stock and are shipped within the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will give you the option to wait for 12-14 days or to cancel/change your order.

Sales Tax

Many of our items are for OEMs or dealers; thus, the products are for resale. If you are an end-user in the state of Illinois, California, or Colorado, the appropriate sales tax will be added to your invoice. If you are a reseller and/or tax exempt, please send your certificate to
