SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is normally done via UPS. We can also ship on your UPS or FedEx account number. Orders are usually processed on the same day if they are received before 3pm Central Standard Time, or on the next business day. If you wish for other shipping options, please call us directly; we can accommodate other shipping carriers, if arrangements are made before ordering.

In general, shipping charges are based on dimensional weight and number of units being shipped. Same-day shipping applies to orders received that are complete, and credit is approved by 3 p.m. We are not responsible for the delay of shipping due to weather, accidents, or mistakes made by any postal service (including damages, scratches, and undeliverable address, stolen, or lost packages).

NOTE: UPS and FedEx both pickup and deliver order packages on business days, Monday through Friday.  For example, if you request Next Day Air on Friday, the package will be delivered on Monday. If you need a Saturday delivery or have questions, please contact us.

 

SHIPPING ACCOUNT HOLDERS

If you are using your own FedEx or UPS account number, you will enter this upon checkout. Just enter your UPS or FedEx account number in the specified box on the Cart page. Your shipping methods for that account number will then be shown, and a $0.00 shipping charge will be assigned. If you do not have a valid UPS or FedEx account number, do not enter anything in these fields. If an account number comes back as invalid, we will charge you for the shipping and any fees incurred.

 

INVENTORY

Many of our products are always in stock and are shipped within the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will give you the option to wait for stock or to cancel/change your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Grid Connect, Inc. ships internationally. Our shipping charges covers only the FedEx or UPS carrier charges, and does NOT include any tariffs, duties, custom fees, taxes, or other regulations that may apply to countries outside of the United States.

International orders can be paid via PayPal or any international credit card. If you do not wish to purchase online, we accept wire transfers. In this case, please contact us at sales@gridconnect.com with the following information. We will then issue you a Proforma Invoice. Upon receipt of the wire transfer, your order will be shipped.

  • Your name and email address
  • The billing and shipping addresses
  • The part numbers you wish to purchase and the quantity of each
  • The shipping method you wish to use
