The QFP gridARM System on a Chip (SOC) is a high performance, low cost, low power, highly integrated single chip with 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, USB, CAN, Serial, SRAM Memory, SPI, I2C, RTC, ADC and internal peripherals designed to provide a complete solution for embedded applications.
The gridARM is designed for high performance, low cost application that requires gigabit Ethernet. The gridARM can be used as an embedded main processor with its integrated memory, Ethernet, USB, CAN, A/D, SPI, I2C, and serial ports.
With the gridARM’s on-chip peripherals and on-chip SRAM the applications that can run in 160K bytes can all be on chip. Applications that require more memory can add external SRAM, FLASH, Compact Flash or SDRAM to bring the total memory up to 2 gigabytes.
The integrated Gigabit 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet channel allows for a minimum chip count design.
Using a crystal oscillator, Flash, Ethernet PHY and the gridARM chip may be all you need for a complete hardware design.
Grid Connect provides a complete hardware and software development kit, along with real technical support. The GCC compiler with a great developer interface and RTOS operating system are provided with the development kit.
Grid Connect offers a complete set of networking stacks that can be purchased one time for royalty free applications. These stacks include industrial protocols, USB protocols, and serial protocols.
